Use this downloadable PDF template to print and use as worksheets to filter the best ideas to pursue in your own business.
You could also creatively adapt the filter and use different criteria as axes in order to filter ideas by different criteria, as appropriate for your enterprise.
What to do next:
– Download the worksheet template and print copies to use in mapping out options according to the two criteria.
– Adapt the concept of the feasibility filter by using other appropriate criteria against which to evaluate and prioritise ideas.
