David delivered a cultural enterprise workshop on strategic planning for leaders of creative businesses and cultural enterprises in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Commissioned by the EU-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme, and working in partnership with the British Council in Azerbaijan, David designed and delivered the workshop with Georgian expert Shorena Lortkipanidze.
